General Information:
SMS Marketing: Used for promotions, special events, etc. These messages must include an opt-out option and be sent between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
SMS Alert/Pro: Informational messages without time constraints, used for important alerts such as emergency notifications. No opt-out option is required for these SMS.
SMS Campaigns: Used for quick and short notifications, SMS messages are limited in character count but can be received without an Internet connection.
WhatsApp Campaigns: Allow the sending of multimedia messages (images, videos, links) and are more engaging; however, they require the recipient to have an active WhatsApp account.
For SMS, you can customize the sender with a specific name. However, on WhatsApp, messages typically come from a number or a validated account.
Sending Messages:
Standard SMS: Limited to 160 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
Unicode SMS: Limited to 70 characters for messages containing non-Latin characters or emoticons.
Yes, you can send longer messages. Each additional segment of 153 characters will be charged as an extra SMS (66 characters for Unicode).
Yes, with WhatsApp, you can send files such as images, videos, and documents, making it an ideal option for content-rich campaigns.
Tracking and Statistics:
For SMS and WhatsApp, detailed reports are available. They indicate whether the messages have been "Received," "Not Received," or "Expired" for SMS, and "Read" or "Unread" for WhatsApp.
Received: The message has been successfully delivered.
Not Received: The message could not be delivered.
Expired: The message was not delivered within the allotted time.
Others: Other reasons for delivery failure.
Yes, you can track read messages and click-through rates on links sent via WhatsApp, thanks to the detailed reports provided by the platform.
Responses and Interaction:
SMS: Your contacts can reply to your messages, and these responses will be accessible via the platform or by email.
WhatsApp: Replies will appear directly in the app or on the platform, where you can engage in a conversation.
Yes, you can automate responses for incoming WhatsApp messages by setting up quick replies for frequently asked questions.
Data and Security:
All data is hosted on secure servers in Morocco, compliant with international standards (ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.), ensuring maximum data protection.
You are the sole owner of your data, which will neither be sold nor exchanged. It can be exported at any time from your client area.
We use advanced security measures to protect your data, with encryption and a strict privacy policy.
Offers and Pricing:
Credit Card: Online payment with immediate activation.
Bank Transfer: Send a receipt after the transfer to activate your credits.
Check or Cash Deposit: Options available depending on your location.
Postpaid: Use of credits, with billing at the end of the month.
Credits are valid indefinitely, as long as a sending activity occurs each year. If no activity is detected for a year, a reminder will be sent before the remaining credits are deactivated.
No, you only pay for the credits purchased. There are no hidden fees or monthly charges.
After each purchase, you receive an invoice by email. You can also view all your invoices in the "My Payments" tab of your Obulky account.
